ID Photographs
We take compliant passport and ID photos on the spot. All photos are checked for UK/EU compliance before printing.

What counts as a complex renewal?
A complex renewal is any application that goes beyond the standard process. This includes cases that:
- Require more than one courier delivery to the UK
- Need extra document checks beyond the standard process (e.g., additional passports, dual nationality holders, citizenship queries, passports expired more than 1 year, etc.)
Standard process includes:
- Standard application forms
- One passport photograph
- One courier delivery to the UK
- No extra documents required

No appointment necessary. Simply bring your documents and visit us during opening hours. We recommend checking our opening hours before visiting.

We assist with the application process and documentation. Passport fees are paid directly to His Majesty's Passport Office (HMPO). Processing times are set by HMPO and typically range from 3–10 weeks.
