How do I check if I have mail waiting in my postbox?

Yes, as long as you can provide the box number and the registered surname for the household. For security, we may ask for ID in some circumstances.

What happens if I don't collect my mail?

Items are held safely in your box. Storage fees may apply for parcels held for extended periods — these are shown when you check your postbox online. After 31 days, an additional €10 abandonment fee applies on top of any existing storage charges, and your box is frozen until the balance is cleared. Any new items will be rejected until the fee is paid.

Do I need an appointment for the British passport service?

No — we welcome walk-ins for all passport-related services. Simply bring your documents and visit us during opening hours. We recommend checking hours before your visit, especially around local bank holidays.

Printed passport photos (2 prints, 35×45mm UK/EU format) cost €6. Digital only is €5. The printed + digital combo is €10. Spanish ID format (26×32mm) photos are €5 printed.
